All of our employees are posted to site ‘job ready’, meaning they possess industry-specific experience and qualifications relevant to each project. These may include:

  • Scaffolding and rigging tickets
  • Maritime Security Identification Cards (MSIC)
  • Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET) accreditation
  • Senior first aid
  • Work safe license
  • Defensive driver training
  • Australian drivers license
  • Working at heights and confined space certified

 

Depending on the specific project demands, we can provide labour to fill a variety of requirements, including:

  • scaffolding specialists - with intermediate to advanced scaffolding certification

All site staff hold intermediate to advanced scaffolding certification. In addition, superintendents and supervisors have a minimum 10 years on-site and managerial experience.
