Pilbara Access’s Quality Management System (QMS) is certified to ISO 9001 with DNV Certification Agency this ensures our products/services meet both legislative and customer requirements. Our QMS is comprised of an overarching Quality Policy that contains the overall direction and strategic intent of the company in regards to quality management and supporting process documentation (Procedures, Forms, Work Instructions and Manuals) that enables us to meet our objectives.
Pilbara Access has a firm commitment to continuous improvement and this is achieved by thoroughly investigating instances where we have provided a product that does not conform with specified requirements, fixing the fault (Corrective Action) and most importantly identifying what we could have done to have prevented the non-conformance from occurring in the first place and modifying the process accordingly to ensure we do not repeat the same mistake/s again (Preventative Action). Our Internal Audit Process and Quality Management System Review Meetings ensure our QMS is achieving the desired outcomes, promotes transparency and enables us to provide a better quality of service to our clients.
