• PI Lockholders
• PI HSE card
• PI Dampier Port Operations Induction
• Confined Space Training
• Safe Working at Heights Training
• Verification of Competency certificate
• Blue Dog Training
• Gemini Health Pre-Employment Medical
• DTEC 4 Wheel Drive Training
• MSIC Card

You will be required to participate in regular drug and alcohol screening.

Pilbara Access Construction is part of the Pilbara Access Group, and one of Western Australia’s largest privately owned scaffolding companies servicing the Construction, Mining & Resource Sector with several offices across WA.

We have an opportunity for you an experienced Estimator/Coordinator to join our company, based in the Belmont office reporting in to the Construction Manager. You will be involved in all aspects of the estimation process, including corporate client liaisons, completing analytical tasks and have the potential of gaining project management responsibilities.

Skills & Attributes needed:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide leadership support for any given project across all the major disciplines
• A minimum of three years experience as an estimator and drafter
• The ability to create & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, potential and existing clients
• A solid understanding of the complete estimation process with a proven success rate
  Ability to work as part of the team
• Commitment to safe work practices and company values
• Experience in construction scaffolding projects
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of word, excel and outlook
